Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 4, 2026

Welcome to https://techtracker.blog/. We believe your privacy should never be an afterthought โ€” especially when youโ€™re just here to read about the latest gadgets, apps, and tech trends. This page explains, in plain and honest language, exactly what happens when you visit our site, how any data is handled, and why your personal information stays firmly in your own hands.

Unlike most tech websites out there, we do not track you across the web, we do not push you to sign up for anything, and we do not harvest your personal details.

1. ๐Ÿšซ The Personal Data We Do NOT Collect

We built Tech Tracker to be fast, clean, and free of the data-grabbing clutter that plagues so much of the internet. Hereโ€™s what we deliberately leave out:

  • No Email Forms or Newsletters โ€” We donโ€™t ask for your email address, name, or phone number, because we donโ€™t run mailing lists or email marketing of any kind.
  • No User Accounts โ€” Thereโ€™s nothing to log into. You can read every article, review, and guide without ever creating a profile or handing over personal identifiers.
  • No Public Comments โ€” We donโ€™t host a comment section, so your name, website, and opinions are never captured, stored, or displayed in any public database.
  • No Internal Tracking Analytics โ€” We donโ€™t embed third-party tracking scripts (such as Google Analytics) to follow your behavior or build a profile around you.

2. ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Automated Server Logs (Technical Baselines)

Every time you open any website, your browser has to talk to a hosting server behind the scenes. This is simply how the internet works โ€” no site can load without it.

Our web server automatically records a few generic, temporary connection details in a protected file known as a โ€œServer Log.โ€

  • What is recorded: Your anonymized IP address (the digital address of your connection), your browser type (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari), your operating system, the specific page you opened, and the exact date and time of your visit.
  • Why it is recorded: This data is used purely for security and performance. It helps us spot malicious traffic, block hacking attempts, and keep Tech Tracker loading quickly and reliably.
  • How long it stays: These logs are anonymous, are never tied to your real identity, and are automatically overwritten or deleted by the server after a short period.

3. ๐Ÿช Cookies and Third-Party Affiliate Links

While we donโ€™t track you ourselves, Tech Tracker does keep the lights on through affiliate marketing โ€” and that process relies on third-party cookies.

  • What is an Affiliate Link? Across our reviews and buying guides, we recommend gadgets, software, and accessories. When you click one of our product links, youโ€™re sent to an external store such as Amazon.com.
  • What is a Cookie? When you click that link, the retailer (like Amazon) drops a tiny, harmless text file called a โ€œcookieโ€ onto your browser. This cookie holds no personal data โ€” no name, no address. It just carries a unique ID that tells the store, โ€œThis visitor came from https://techtracker.blog/.โ€
  • Why this matters: If you buy something on that store within a certain window, the retailer pays us a small commission for the referral. We never see what you purchased, your payment details, or who you are.
  • How to control this: You can block or delete cookies anytime through your browserโ€™s settings (usually under Privacy or Security). Disabling cookies will not stop you from reading anything on our site.

4. ๐Ÿ‘ถ Childrenโ€™s Privacy Protections

We fully comply with international regulations protecting children online, including the Childrenโ€™s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

  • Tech Tracker is built for a general adult audience interested in technology.
  • We do not publish content aimed at or designed for children.
  • We do not knowingly target, track, or collect any information from children under the age of 13.
  • If a minor contacts us through our administrative email, we will immediately and permanently delete that message from our inbox to safeguard their privacy.

5. ๐Ÿ”— Links to Other Websites

Our articles include direct links to external sites, most often Amazon.com. Please keep in mind that once you click an affiliate link โ€” or any outbound link โ€” and leave our domain, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. From that point on, youโ€™re covered by the privacy terms and tracking practices of that external store. We strongly encourage you to review their policies if you have any concerns.

6. ๐Ÿ“ง Privacy Questions and Contact

Since we donโ€™t use automated contact forms, the simplest way to reach us is by email. If you have any questions about this policy, or think weโ€™ve overlooked something, you can contact our administrative desk at:
